Weekly socials at Silva Dance Academy take place on every Friday and Saturday at 9:00PM– 12:00AM. Call our studio at 516-764-0701 for rates on socials and parties. Just come and have fun!

Socials and parties are a must! After you have worked so hard to learn how to dance you now must Strut Your Stuff! After all your goal is to Dance.
Here at the Silva Dance Academy we have socials and parties weekly. We even have fabulous Holiday parties throughout the year where our turnouts are always great. Don’t miss your chance to be part of our parties once you tried it you’ll wonder why you didn’t know this was going on.

At our studio our atmosphere is great you'll find café style tables, DJ lighting, not to mention our floor is enormous. It’s 70ft by 30ft. Enough room for you to really move out. It's a sprung maple floor which means you can dance on it all night and your feet will still feel wonderful even after the party's over! We are fully air conditioned.

The Friday social is great fun and includes all the social dances: Merengue, Salsa, Hustle, Swing, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble, Jive, West Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Quickstep, Vienesse, Waltz, etc. There are refreshments, and sometimes we have a fun dance that's taught during the class. You can come with a couple of friends to enjoy the evening fully.

The Saturday Social includes a 1 hour free instruction class. It starts at 8:00PM. The class is in International Standard Open Patterns. Two levels - beginners and advanced are taught simultaneously. This is a great opportunity to learn via the class instruction at no cost for the class to you. It's tough not to come to this class it's a great deal.

Every Friday and Saturday we have all levels of dancers. Our 2,100 sq. ft. dance floor allows everybody to dance comfortably together.

During the year we organize Holiday Theme parties. These are very special parties and our studio is always decorated to the hilt you'll have to come to one of them to experience them yourselves. Just a clue ~ wonderful Costumes, Hot Buffet, Showcase Dancers, 1st place prizes, and many more surprises. If you would like to book your private tables you can do so if you attend with a group of your friend, but you need
to call us in advance. We know that once you attend one of our Holiday parties you won't miss any of them because they are so great! Come and See for yourself. Call us and we will tell you when our next event will be.

Learn how to dance Latin or Ballroom at Silva Dance Academy in Rockville Centre, New York. Here you will find everything you need to know how to dance ballroom style. We'll teach you the dancing styles of International and American . If you have two left feet or never dance before, we'll start at the beginners level. If you looking for coaching lessons on the highest level of DanceSport,

Whether it's your wedding or someone from your family, basic dance skills are necessary to enjoy the party fully. Some basic Slow Dancing plus some Swing/ Lindy or Hustle is easy and fun to learn.

Performing Arts training is a great way for everybody to improve physical coordination rhythm, learn disciple, and to have a lot of fun. Your confidence and creativity levels will improve. It also gives any participant a chance to experience performing on stage as an ultimate dance challenge.
